Jan, well what can I say. An absolutely amazing woman who raised some absolutely hilarious, loving, wonderful children. Always the life and soul of the party. You created not just a warm loving home but also an accepting home. You allowed me through your doors and I have so many fond memories of you. From summertime BBQ’s to legendary Danbrowsky parties, to even a holiday in Portugal. You had a wicked sense of humour and a beautiful soul. With all my love Sid Xxx

Where to begin? An absolute legend! Jan, you were there when, as a teenage girl, i didnt always see eye to eye with mum, as we also know when lauren turned up with her bright yellow holdall! There was always a sofa to stay on! You always made me feel so welcome!! The many outings and parties that were had over the years, words cannot express how devastated we are! Rest in peace 2nd mother! Your memory will live on with the “lads”!!! Much love xxx

Rest in peace wonderful Jan. You were like a Mum to me and treated like me like your daughter, which just goes to highlight the warmth and love you had in your heart. You took me on day trips to many beaches within the UK when we were growing up and I will never forget the fun we had. Coffees in the morning, lunch in a pub and then to the beach we'd go, regardless of how cold it was! Allowing me to stay on your sofa for endless nights until I managed to commandeer a bed!
